Kadupul.lk is committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and confidential medical data of our users across Sri Lanka and international diaspora communities. This Privacy Policy governs all domains, including Maternal Care Sanctuary, NMRA Certified Online Pharmacies, and Artisan Fashion.
2. Maternal & Medical Data Confidentiality
Maternal health telemetry (including fetal kick counts, blood pressure readings, and ultrasound schedules) and prescription documents are treated as Sensitive Personal Data under the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
- All medical logs are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 cryptographic standards.
- Doctor's prescription slips are accessible strictly to the licensed, NMRA-verified pharmacist fulfilling your order and are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
3. Information We Collect
- Identity Data: Full Name, verified Google Email, profile avatar (via Google OAuth 2.0).
- Contact & Delivery: WhatsApp phone number and delivery address in Sri Lanka.
- Transaction Logs: Itemized order records, WhatsApp split-cart dispatches, and pharmacist verification timestamps.
4. Your Rights (Access & Deletion)
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, or request permanent deletion of your account and maternal telemetry at any time by contacting our Privacy Office at privacy@kadupul.lk.
